After spending the last five years in a toxic work environment and being unexpectedly let go due to a business reorganization, my client felt it was time to retire. But 18 months into retirement, he began to miss feeling productive, knowing he still had so much to give. Wanting to return to work on his terms, he was referred to me by a mutual friend.
