I understand the challenges you’re facing because I’ve been through them myself—dealing with layoffs, overcoming ageism and gender bias, and finding new purpose in a changing job market.
My role as a career transition coach is not just a business for me; it’s a mission rooted in personal experience and a deep passion for helping others.
When I went through a layoff and the end of a significant relationship, I found a coach who helped me gain the clarity, guidance, and resources I needed to move forward. That support not only led me to my next role but also helped me rebuild a healthy personal life. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her expertise.

With over two decades in enterprise technology sales and a background in education, I’ve personally navigated multiple career transitions as a Certified Life, Career, and Professional Transition Coach. I have coached many others through similar challenges. My experience gives me the insight to help you tackle the complexities of job searches and career pivots with confidence and purpose.
After a 19 yr career with one company as a solution engineer, my brother was part of a layoff and not prepared for this forced transition. He was embarrassed, confused and so disappointed. He felt lost as he embarked on trying to find another position. He did not have an updated resume or understand new technology communication platforms or even the importance of using your own network. He struggled with organizing a successful job search. Also, ageism weighed heavy on him. He fell into that gap of being too young to retire and too old to start over. He was in a very dark place that we as friends and family were not aware of. Tragically, he made the decision to take his own life.
The truth is, the job market can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re at a stage in life where transitions are more challenging. But you don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to reassure you that you have the skills, experience, and relevance to succeed in your next role. Together, we’ll navigate this chapter, build your confidence, and create a path forward that aligns with your goals.
Life can be a bit of a roller coaster. On my birthday in May of 2020, I was laid off from a wonderful company due to restructuring of the U.S. sales force due to the pandemic - but just 2 days later, I met my life partner at a family/friend weekend gathering. We live in Montana with our 3 fur babies, but I also spend time in Texas with my daughters, my fantastic son-in-laws, and my adorable grandson and he is about to be a big brother!
I have learned that paying attention to what brings you joy and peace and stepping back from any drama is where I want my life to be. Serving others in a time of real need is my passion.
